I have been looking for shoe inserts a long time - looking for cushion and arch support. Finally. Ok, these are cushy and comfortable for sore heels. There is enough cushion material that it provides arch support - I have high arches and am tired of the hard supports, which hurt after a while and have nowhere near the cushion. My heels have nowhere near the pain and tiredness they get from other shoes, even the higher end brands that advertise comfort and arch support. These fit in your shoes and require no breaking in, they just feel good. You do have to trim the down, I recommend using the insert you're replacing as a guide for correct trimming, as the lines marked on the soles aren't entirely accurate, at least not for my shoes. But they're easy to trim and stick in the shoes. I am not on my feet all day, just normal use and recreational walking, and these provide immediate relief from the soles that came with the shoes - nike, brooks, those type brands. so for me, walking is much more pleasent and less painful. One note when ordering. There is a choice of yellow or gray. Yellow is small, gray medium, and that is not clear as I ordered medium yellow and got small. Returning those was easy, but still I think that could be corrected on the description.

My favorite work boots are about ten years old and nicely broken in. I have had many different insoles in them over the years but these are by far the most comfortable I have gotten so far. They have good arch support and feel really good under my feet. Though they come in a 12 1/2" and are marked for trimming down to lesser sizes, my boots are a 10 1/2 wide width and these insoles went in perfectly without trimming.

The Very Best These insoles are the best I've ever had . They're plenty thick so when you're stepping on them you can really feel the comfort . I love these . I have two pair and they work perfectly .

First of all, Amazon hired a great delivery driver. My pkg was delivered right at my door within the bldg. thank you for that. Second, these inserts needed no trimming. I wear a 7 1/2 and the inserts I ordered were 5-7. They fit perfectly and comfortable. Great find ! 🤗

These inserts are really comfortable and give great support. I'm using them in my favorite, old pair of walking shoes and they feel like new again. Highly recommend them.
