I use before I go to sleep and even put it on around 3 a.m. or 4 when I wake up. Ever since heart surgery in 2017 have spent time trying to fall back asleep.

For me out of sight is out of mind. I really wanted to start a meditation habit but the apps weren’t doing it for me. Having this on bedside table reminds me and the meditations are great, it’s like taking a hot bath for your brain. It literally feels good. I’ve also only charged it once since I bought it since it auto shuts off when you’re the audio is finished.

First, it is a nice product. And it’s easy to use et super efficient. I like everything about it: thé shape and design. The meditations are great whether you want to use it to go to rest, or to relax, or to sleep.The voice is nice and the choice is big.I love using it and I will definitely offer it to some of my friends who have sleeping issues.

I got My Little Morphée as an early birthday gift for my best friend's daughter, who is turning 5 years old. They are both like family to me, and I was so excited to surprise her with it last week. As soon as I gave it to her, she instantly started to play a lovely song, which was very soothing! The music is beautiful, and the narrator for the meditations has a great voice! There's also the possibility to choose from multiple languages, and since my best friend is raising her to be bilingual, she was really excited about this feature. Since I gifted it to her, she has already started to fall asleep with it!The device itself is very aesthetically pleasing and it is easy to handle for a child, as it can be carried around everywhere and the keys are simple to turn. It is very sturdy, and has a ton of content ranging from meditations, music, to nature sounds. Additionally there is no screen, which can disturb sleep. I definitely recommend it as a gift, as all children can benefit from meditating, and parents will be all the happier for it!
