Personnellement, j'ai toujours eu des difficultés à tolérer la vitamine C en raison de l'acidité qui me causait des désagréments gastriques. Cependant, grâce à cette nouvelle technologie, ces problèmes ont disparu. C'est une solution efficace et beaucoup plus douce pour l'organisme.

One of the best vitamin C I have taken

TL;DR: After a couple of weeks I felt the difference. Mostly in sexual performance and amounts of fluid in that area. I can say that I have felt a bit better mentally and physically in general, less brainfog and more drive but I cannot necessarily say these had that effect because I take ashwaghanda and a regular exercise as well. I can also say that these are dangerous and I don't recommend more than two pills a day for a large person, I am a large person and I prefer one a day. The effect of these builds up over time more than on a per-pill basis. At the start I took 4 pills a day without any ashwaghanda at the time and after a week or so I had to stop for bad headaches and other issues related to excess Vitamin C. I have acid reflux and worried these would affect me negatively. I can feel when they are being digested, I get a little reflux but mostly just a burp or a bubble of acid and then it goes away. They digest very well. All in all, I like them and will continue to take them and see where it gets me. It feels like a good part of my day at this point. I recommend these!

Love all the extra supplements included along with the Vitamin C - no other brand offers such a well-rounded formula. Everyone in the family likes taking these.

Without doing regular bloodwork and comparing and contrasting levels overtime it’s hard to give a decent review on vitamins and supplements. That said it’s a decent quantity for a decent price. Still more expensive than I’m happy with to purchase regularly. If I have opportunity to do thorough bloodwork and evaluate levels I will update this review to give more clarity to their efficacy later. I’d still recommend this product if your looking for a natural boost.
