Very good micro hdmi cable.
I am using this cable on my R5C with Atomos ninja V+ . This cable is perfect length for this combo. I am also using a cable clamp that came with my small rig cage. The clamp hold the cable tightly in place and secure. I also purchase Alvin's cable at the same time. Alvin's is 7 inches longer than KONDOR BLUE. For anyone complain kondor cable is to short for your setup. You need Alvin's cable. Both of this cable are about the same price and good quality. Alway use clamp to secure the micro hdmi I place.

Always unplug when transporting or not actually using!
This is an excellent cable and works flawlessly for applications like sending RAW video data from a camera to a Ninja V recorder or similar device. But I have had to buy a few. The failure isn't in the cable, its that micro HDMI is a bad connector design overall, and I have ruined a few cables when the camera bumps into something even slightly and the cable is plugged in. If it bends or distorts even a little, its the end of the cable. Only at the micro HDMI connector. If I get another cine cam I will look for one with a full sized HDMI connector for sure. So as long as you pull the cable out of the CAMERA when not actually shooting, even when moving from area to area, its excellent and reliable.

Almost great
I like the quality of the cable, it is lightweight and short enough in length so as to not have any extra cable wrapped around anything. One concern are the fibers that wrap the cable, they seem to become loose quickly.

Yeah, get these instead of a cheaper one.
So, I always usually just get the two pack coiled black cheaper version of this and either beat them to death, lose them, have a cat chew on them and order a new one. These are definitely better all around. Treat yourself this one time and get the braided enclosure kondor blue cable.

Should have read other reviews...
*****review from wedding/event videographer***** Initially, I loved how the cable felt. It felt like it would be strong, and hold up to some use. I had the cable connected to my monitor, and would usually run it from my gimbal to my camera. My first impressions were that the cable's coil was too tight, and would prevent the camera's side-to-side movement. I troubleshooted this by wrapping it around the monitor arm a couple of times...but then it shortened my working length. Yesterday, I was working an event outside (based in PHX, AZ) and it was HOT. I am not sure if it was due to the heat, or just because of the cable being super fragile, but the HDMI micro end bend hard, and almost broke off into my camera. All I was doing was some panning using my gimbal. I was unable to regain connection to my monitor, so I had to ditch it during the project. Shooting on the camera's LCD screen was VERY difficult with the bright light conditions. Super inconvenient. At the end of the day, I don't think I would buy another one of these. It shouldn't have bent that easily.

I bought this specifically to connect my Sony a7CR to a Portkeys LH5P II monitor, and it is the perfect solution. Why it works: Cable Management: Since I use a camera cage with a top handle, standard cables usually dangle and get in the way. The coiled design (12"-24") keeps everything tight and tidy, expanding only when I need it to. Performance: The signal is flawless. It handles 4K 60Hz without any dropouts or flickering. Build Quality: The braided texture feels premium and durable, and it honestly just looks great on the rig. If you are building a rig for a smaller camera like the a7CR, this cable is a must-have to keep your setup clean.

Comme l’avis en anglais, j’ai eu le même problème avec mon S5. Il faut en effet mettre le ninja v en compatibilité mode pour que ça fonctionne

Bien mais ne fonctionne plus à peine 6 mois après achat sans aucune raison visible.
