As someone who bakes constantly, I consider my kitchen gear to be an investment. I recently splurged on this specific muffin baking pan, and I can confidently say it’s the last one I will ever buy. The quality is exceptional. The weight of the pan instantly tells you it’s professional grade. It’s heavy-duty carbon steel with a phenomenal non-stick coating (often ceramic reinforced). Muffins, whether they are delicate blueberry treats or sticky chocolate lava cakes, slide right out without needing liners, which makes cleanup a total breeze. While the initial cost was higher than those flimsy supermarket pans, the durability and performance make it 100% worth the investment. Outstanding muffin tins!! I’m converting all my nonstick bakeware to stainless steel and so I bought these after reading the reviews. These are sturdy and strong. I bake muffins everyday and part of the time twice a day. These get used! To make the muffins not stick I wipe a little bit of butter where the muffins will go. (I choose not to use paper muffin cups because of the chemicals they put in paper and I don’t want that in my food.) When I take out of the oven I let sit for a couple of minutes. I have found a very easy way to clean: I immediately put in the sink, put water in it. Because these tins are stainless steel I can use a stainless steel scouring pad. Then I put a little dish soap in and clean. I can clean both tins in less than 15 seconds. Freshly ground einkorn wheat is awesome in these.

Perfect muffin pans! I was looking for stainless steel pans as I wanted to get rid of chemicals and non stick in our home. These are great! They're sturdy, rust and chemical free and things bake great in them! My egg muffins did stick a bit even with oil spray but not too bad. The smaller size is perfect for ant size of oven or air fryer.

Washed perfectly in my dishwasher since it's stainless steel, unlike aluminum which gets ruined in the dishwasher.

I'm very happy with these muffin pans. They are nice looking, well made and pretty hefty. Recently baked muffins without liners, just sprayed them with non stick spray and the muffins slid out with no sticking. Just a quick hand wash with soapy water was all it took. Haven't put them in the dishwasher yet - haven't needed to - so can't comment on that, but these were a good investment for me and I'm glad I bought them. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Loved its mirror finish on the flat part, I bought two of them to be able to stack and make it easy to store on my small kitchen. I cleaned it with the yellow side of the sponge and warm soapy water so I would not scratch it or ruin the nice mirror finish and even dried with a dishcloth. Unfortunately there’s some small discolorations that did not come off during the cleaning and some scratches that were not made by me, was a little frustrating because I expected it to be high quality and to come well packaged and not scratched already, I hope this small discoloration spots are not the beginning of rusting or flaking I will not return it, because I like the finish and it seems strong built and about the small spots, it’s not a big deal, it’s ok for me as long as it doesn’t get worse with time I hope it’s stainless steel and non toxic If I am able to update the review after using it, I will do it and tell you how it’s holding up

I am very impressed with the quality of these muffin tins. Very well made, absolutely no signs of rust. Price was right, just the right size and weight. I’ve used multiple times and they always please.

Great stainless steel cookware and hard to find with this quality

I'm so glad to be done with non stick pans which flake. These have been amazing and look as good as the day they arrived despite frequent use. Perfect for cupcakes/muffins and have also made Yorkshire puddings in them. Some sticking but once seasoned well this reduces.

These are poor quality pans with lots of scratches and marks. The pans are also a mix of brushed stainless steel and a mirror finish steel which looks odd.

I was pleasantly surprised with these muffin tins. They’re super heavy duty and cook perfectly. They are a heavyweight stainless steel and standard size muffin cups. I use them with silicone inserts, they bake perfectly and are incredibly easy to clean with a brush or bristle pad. They don’t scratch keeping the appearance looking new. The heat distributes evenly throughout all 12 cups making perfect muffins and quiche. I love that they’re made with quality stainless steal so they’re healthy for my family. These are worth the money and I strongly recommend them.
