Love these plates. The color is true to the image, they are really gorgeous. The lip on the side is great to keep things from sliding off. We have put them through the dishwasher multiple times and the seem very durable and no color fading. Very happy with my purchase.

Got a set of 10.5 plates and their 32 oz bowls Jan 2024 and have had no problems.As others have said these are heavier than most but my wife and I have to dine alot while sitting in the living room because of medical reasons and have found the outside edge and weight makes eating easier and no more spills from slippery meals.Cutting things like steak doesn't bother them and they aren't super hot coming out of the microwave oven.We also like the texture for the bowls and 8in plates.Completely happy for the price.

Well I was warned by that 3 star review you got earlier! The CENTER plate in the stack arrived broken, as you can see! I'm not going to go to the trouble of returning all 6 as the other review said would be necessary to get a replacement. Also, I still plan to finish the collection by ordering the salad plates next month. I may even decide to try to order another set of dinner plates later, as well as some extra bowls.IF:1: Both the inner and outer boxes are marked FRAGILE2: The outer box is packed properly with some of the typical Amazon air cusions, for obvious reasons.I want to offer a modest suggestion to S&Q's packaging department as well. Since the middle plate in the package was apparently fractured by the weight of the other 4, how about 2 or 3 layers of your foam sheets above and below the center plate. Remember to add that FRAGILE sticker, please. I can't help wonder if the center plate broke for that other customer too?All that said, you still get 4 stars because I appreciate the beauty of this design and workmanship.I hope we can find a simple way solve this issue.Thank you.UPDATE: the instructions in the package said to contact S&Q through Amazon. Isn't this what you had in mind? How about a response? Is there another way to contact your company?

Received these within 24hrs of ordering, which I love. Upon reading the reviews I was nervous about quality and packaging but I was happily surprised when they arrived. No issues in packaging. They were packed securely and nothing was damaged. The weight of these plates are nice and they feel like good quality stoneware plates. I love the color (blue with gray undertones) I’m very happy with this purchase that I immediately ordered the matching bowls and salad plates. The bowls arrived quickly as well but not packed in another box like the plates for extra security but all was ok there.

Beautiful and well made dishes. These look sturdy and present nicely. A couple were flawed but customer service made it right quickly and easily. I would definitely buy again!
