This toy is perfect! I got it for my 7 month old niece and she loves it so much. The quality is great. It moves around perfectly on all different floors and at a good speed. The bee being able to be removed is the best part, can be taken off and used as a separate toy.

From the moment I turned it on, my baby was locked in. I especially love how it changes direction on its own when it bumps into things—no getting stuck under the couch! Only thing is that it may be a little fast for beginner crawlers, but can continue to grow and chase. Battery life has seen to last! Goes at a fair speed - enough to keep baby entertained. You can see she likes to watch it (she does go after it eventually) and it avoids collisions using a sensor at the front. Best used enclosed (tried to let it around the house and it DOES get stuck under the couch!). Happy tunes that change a bit so you don’t get *too* sick of it. Easy to use - just choose circle (as in video) or “twisty path” (not great for small spaces). Has taken a beating from teething baby and bee still smiles!

My 9 month old loves this bee. She has been chasing it since she started crawling and it helps her safely crawl around. She’s always so proud of herself when she catches the bee and pulls him off his cloud. The cloud makes different noises and spins around as a celebration, so it’s super cute. The bee is very durable because she tends to smack him against the hardwood floor in celebration

Home run! That is the only way I can describe the Skip Hop Explore & More Follow-Me Bee Crawl Toy. I think it can be difficult to score big with gifts for babies, but this little bee is a solid pick. I bought this for my granddaughter whom even at an early age of 5 months, does not have a poker face. She doesn't arbitrarily hand out coos and smiles for things that don't amuse her. Lol, I believe genetics play a role in this phenomena. Like her grandmother writing this review, she just can't fake enthusiasm. But this little bee is worthy of all the buzz. My granddaughter was very tired when I introduced this toy, which to be honest, worried me a bit, but I was too excited to wait. As soon as I turned on this busy little bee, she was mesmerized. The lights, the movement, and music immediately caught her attention. She watched fixated as the little cloud circled close to her. She reached for it every time it passed by, smiling and kicking her feet wildly, and trying desperately to capture the little bee on top. When she caught the little bee on top, with assistance at this point, the rattle was soft enough and light enough she could hold it. This toy entertained not only her but the family that loves to watch her as she inches closer to the milestone of crawling. The music is electronic produced but not annoying. It absolutely ideal for capturing my infant’s attention. The music is not too loud. Its colorful. It goes around in circles. The bee is removable ( my baby loves to practice his gross motor skill on this , before i bought another crawling toy that had a non-removable spinning turtle and my infant got upset whenever he can’t remove the turtle ). Before, i struggle with getting my baby to do tummy time, now its too easy. Its also not too big (in your face kinda). It will definitely grow with him. Love it!

The toys is great. It catches my son attention and he watches it while doing tummy time (which any parent can relate to the hardships of tummy time) . He is not crawling yet but I can see thr toy assisting in motivating babies to crawl towards the toy. Not really the best to teeth on and I placed a piece of tape on the speaker as I found even the low volume loud.
