Not great on quality control
This rucksack came to me with Dust / dirt all over the top. The zips are dodgy inside as they were splitting when done up very easily. The outer main zip is so sticky it was very difficult to get more than half way round the bag.I have sent it back. maybe I was unlucky but I don't expect that. Be aware also there are two drain holes on the bottom of the rucksack which obviously means it's not advisable to be out in the rain unless you have a cover for the rucksack which it does not come with.
