The bicycle came in a big box . The box had the tight white wire wrapping on it and all parts inside were wrapped and correctly held and tied together. There was a manual and wrench inside to assemble this . The bicycle comes 80% assembled with frame/rear wheel and brake assembly done. The parts which need to be assembled are front wheel, seat , handle , stand and pedals. All the parts are wrapped and tied together with the main frame assembly inside the box.You can follow the video on amazon but some things to keep in mind which are not clear in videoIt is easy to assemble those. It should take you around 35-40 minutes to do that. First assemble the seat . then put the handle in place and tighten it . Then flip the bicycle on the seat to the floor and assemble the front wheel. While assembling the front wheel make sure that the disk on wheel is on the front brake side. Then assemble the pedals.For the pedals one of the pedal needs to be tightened in reverse direction of the first one(The threads are in opposite direction) . After the assembly you can take it to a local bicycle shop for getting the wheels aligned properly and adjusting the brakes so that the wheels rotate freely. Also make sure you oil the chain before using it .Also if you need a ringing bell and mudguards u need to order separately or get it fitted in local shop.The bicycle can be used by a adult weighing upto 90 kgs . if your height is more than 6.2 ft then maybe 29 size option might be better. Children above 15 years can ride this without any problems.I am happy with purchase. The herculus bicycle looks really great and works smoothly. Happy to buy a Made in India product from reputed company rather than some chinese crap at lower price from a unknown company. Happy riding/exercising

When the product was delivered after that we opened it and we halfly assembled it and after we saw that there was a slight cracking on the handle and that crack was creating problem in handling or steering the bicycle . It was so poor for delivery like that for this reputed company
