Hydro Flask 24 oz Standard Mouth Water Bottle with Flex

Awesome water bottle, I got a good sale price so it was really good value for the money. The size and shape of it make it easily portable and it fits in my car cup holder. It keeps my drinks cold, not much else to ask for.

I was looking for a water bottle that would fit in the door of my Maverick pick-up and saw this one recommended. Although a bit pricey (although it did come down 20% since I first saw it) I thought I’d give it a try. It came in the day after I ordered it (thanks Prime), so I figured I would test its ability to keep water cold. It claims 24 hours. Well, it passed. I filled it to the top with ice, then filled it with water. 24 hours later, the water was cold, and after emptying the water, there was still more than 1/3 of the ice still there. Now that was in my house, and not in my truck. I keep the house at 75°, while it’s been in the 90s outside so the inside of the truck would be much warmer if I weren’t driving it.Also, the seal seems to be excellent. No leakage.There is come confusion with it though. According to the label on the bottle, “…cold stays ice cold and hot stays piping hot…” Yet, on the other side of the label, it reads “Not intended for hot liquids…” I didn’t get it for hot liquids though, so it’s no problem for me. Just something to think about.This to me was a good purchase, and I would recommend it.

Does that is say to do, very useful. One downside is that it gets stained with ease, i attach it to my bike and get black scratches.

As usual they make good flasks. This one was narrow for my son’s backpack. Easy to clean with the detachable parts inside the mouth.
