Will this work for a 36 Volt Razor motorcycle since the connector is the same as the 24 volt?

Is this compatible with Schumacher CR1 charger?

It worked on our grandsons razor ATV perfectly. In fact it help extend the life of thr receptacle on the toy by leaving it attached to the toy and simply pulling apart at the yellow plug connector!.

Does this have any type of fuse built in? i need just the end part and looking to use it with a 12v schumacher plug. would i need an in line fuse?
