How much ground and roasted coffee does this bag hold?

They hold at least a full pound of roasted whole bean coffee. I don't think that ground coffee would work well due to clogging the valve. Good quality bags.

Can you reuse the bags?

YES I wipe them out before using again. The oil off the beans can build up.

How do you seal them?

They have a Zip-Lock seam. You could use a heat sealer....but I just use the zip-Lock
