Will this fit a 2009 Sequoia?

It fit my 2008 Tundra. It should fit.

Can it be installed with the Toyota skid plate?

Yes the skid plate is fine with it. You even get to keep your tow hooks it goes between your hooks and frame. I have it on a 2017 CC with no problems.

Will this work if you have a front mount trailer hitch?

It's mounted to the front tie-down shipping hooks/tow hooks. I imagine that's where the front toe hitch would be mounted. If so probably not.

Will this install on 2019 tundra trd? and will it interfer with any sensors?

I have it on a 2018 Tundra XP didn’t interfere with anything and looks great
