Increased B12 Level
May 2025 my B12 level was 530. December 2025 my level is 1247 (too high). I took these consistently 90-95% of the time. They work. Be careful.

I have always had issues with vitamins and have reacted usually. I seem to be OK with these. No significant affects. I haven't had a cold or flu since taking, so far touch wood. I have immune system issues underlying.
