Q: How long did it take after starting for you to feel relief?

I am 65 with a knee that I was told by doc that needs to be replaced. I tried 3 pills a day for a couple of weeks and felt little relief. Then I read on the bottle if your knee is really bad take 6 pills a day. So I started with 6 pills a day, 1 every 3 hours and within 2 weeks I felt much better. Now after 2 months, I am playing tennis like I was 45 again. The knee is not perfect and I do ice and heat it but it is wonderful compare to when I was asking the doc to cut it off.

The only thing I see is Magnesium (oxide) 500 mg 125% of daily value. Dr told me not to take extra not needed.
