No reason why not - but it may not be convenient to drink from. They are very well made.

You could with some modifications. But it is made for a mini draft cap and to put in your fridge

No. There is no ball check valve or dip tube to draw the liquid from the bottom. The top is just a threaded hole to receive the stainless steed top, or a "mini keg double ball lock dispenser" (https://www.amazon.com/Double-Dispenser-Stainless-Growler-Homebrew/dp/B07MKPZSNR/ref=sr_1_9?crid=34AKSSKTX8DCO&keywords=mini+keg+tap&qid=1638204714&s=home-garden&sprefix=mini+keg%2Cgarden%2C259&sr=1-9) This will have a rubber tube that reaches to the bottom and allow you to pressurize and dispense (I use a Co2 cartridge system to pressurize and either picnic tap or faucet connected to a quick disconnect). The dispensing is a bit slow as it's hard to keep enough pressure in the system due to lack of head space inside the keg. That lack of pressure leads to foaming when using a picnic tap.
