It is very informative and really helpful for someone with psoriasis, eczema or any other skin issues . I initially met the author via Instagram and reached out to her as I had struggled with psoriasis for 4 years and she sent me some free information to start with. After feeling an improvement in my energy after trying out some of her suggestions, I decided to buy this book. Awesome! I recently made the Coconut Cardamom soup and it's delicious and hearty and filling. The layout of the book is very reader friendly. I love that the steps are not complicated so it makes following her recipes easy for me to follow since I absolutely detest following directions. LOL. The first part of the book is great information for anyone who's trying to make sense about what they need to avoid in order to bring down inflammation of their skin, the photographs of the food look absolutely divine and just a very easy book to follow and read. I have a few recipe books and this is the only one that I would actually look through and cook from because she has laid it out so nicely and easily. If you want to see a genuine difference in your health, this book is great! I have seen some dramatic improvements in my skin in about a month, and that's just from her suggestions. Now that I have the book, I feel empowered to make a difference in my own health and since there's so many recipes, it will never get dull in my kitchen. Thank you Hanna! You are as always an inspiration! I was devastated, but determined to deal with it, because after all, I didn’t have a choice. I found this book through Instagram (social media is a wonderful gift) and have followed her suggestions through a well written plan. And I’m happy to say, my skin has cleared up 80% from what it was. And not a single dose of medicine. I still have a ways to go, but with the right diet, I will get there. The phrase “you are what you eat” is the truest thing I have ever heard. With 4 months of the paleo life style, I have also lost 11.2 pounds, and my face is the clearest it has ever been, unintentional. So if you have been struggling with #guttatepsoriasis yourself, I highly suggest this book! It was the best $20 I have ever spent.

Informative Read
The book is well-formatted and offers a ton of information however, it can be a bit contradicting at times (once you read it you'll get what I mean). Also, the font is very small, and super light in some parts of the book which may be annoying for those hard at seeing. Either way, being a long-term sufferer of Psoriasis and Psoriatic Arthritis I'm more than willing to try just about anything to rid my body of this horrible disease. I begin my detox cleanse next week, hoping to see some improvements over the next few months. I will provide an update in the near future. (Side Note: I think it would be beneficial if the author made suggestions of the medications she used and did not use during her recovery from Psoriasis and the affects they had during recovery time. I take Humira and I wonder if the biologic will interfere with the cleanse in any way... I know the author is not at bay to give medical advise, but for future reference it could be beneficial to readers if the medications (excluding steroid creams), if any, were at least discussed)

Great book. Psoriasis cleared up in a month
I wish my family had this book. I know many who have taken medications that negatively effected their liver and immune system. I read this book and changed the way I eat and my lessons cleared up in a month. I know the time frame can be different for everyone but it’s not worth taking dangerous prescriptions when the problem can be solved naturally. If you’re suffering from psoriasis, I recommended committing to the principles of this book before taking prescription drugs.

If you are serious about controlling your psoriasis, this is the book for you! Not only the recipes, but the entire program Hanna uses. I can see the difference already, and in all honestly, I am not adhering to the program daily or eating just her receipes. I have tried everything, like everyone else, and for the first time in over 20 years I feel like I will be wearing capris and short sleeves by June.... I will review again then. I am so grateful to Hannah for the book, the chance to try something new, and her success pictures. She definitely is inspiring me to keep going!

Glad I didn't regret it this! It took me long time that I was considering to buy this because of budget. Of course I wanted to heal my skin so bad and I didn't know want to do until I read this book. it's my 5th day of processing, i noticed my skin is healing slowly! Thanks to this writer for sharing with us. she is my savior!

I am a long time psoriasis sufferer and coming across this book has been a real eye opener. I followed the plan religiously for about 22 days. My skin did improve and I felt much better. The plan for me was really extreme as I had never done anything of the sort before. I suggest getting the book if you are seriously committed to following the diet because of your skin problems. The recipes are ok and all very healthy. I am convinced there is a connection between psoriasis, food and the so called leaky gut syndrome. Each one of us is different, so the 28 day plan might work for some but others might require more time for the healing process to fully kick in. I for one, probably should have persevered for longer, but I gave up on day 22. This doesn't mean I have fully reversed to my previous life style. This is what this books does to you: it teaches you about feeding your body properly. So even if you fall off the plan, you still know what's good for you and what to be avoided. We most definitely are what we eat.

You don't need to surf the whole web, cause this book is so informative, helpful and with easy-to-follow recipes! The author describes with all details which products are good or bad for your skin. Great work!

I cannot recommend Hanna's books, instagram & blog enough :-) I've had psoriasis since I was a baby and my whole life doctors have said it's a chronic skin disease with no cure. As an adult I've done lots of research and know that an anti-inflammatory diet can improve it because it's a symptom from the gut's problems - in fact once upon a time I gave an anti-inflammatory a shot and saw improvements but gave up after 8 weeks because it was too hard. The plan and recipes Hanna's created make it sustainable and doable. This isn't a diet. This isn't going to fix everything overnight. But she knows what she's talking about, explains so called "skin conditions" so well and she makes a change in lifestyle completely possible! I highly recommend you buy this one and her book Skin Healing Expert - I bought both at the same time. (I actually prefer her second book because all recipes are vegan, but I bought both because Radiant has veggie plans that you can easily adapt and it has loads of background info and her 28 day plan). The community Hanna's created is inspiring, my skin is slowly but surely healing and I can't explain how happy I am to have bought her books!
