These are the best B12‘s. I have found, it works great. It has three top forms of B12 in it. This is the one you want to get. It’s quick to use under the tongue for 15 seconds and then you’re done.

It should not be so hot the whole glass bottle , it was under the sunshine for so long, it it is liquid supplement , I am not sure if B12 still work or not due to the temperature of the bottle is so high, I am vegan, I need the B12 to work properly for me
