After about 2 hours of use, motor started making ...
After about 2 hours of use, motor started making very loud whirring noise. Something is not spinning freely. I removed both wheels and guard to make sure it wasn't something rubbing. Not usable anymore, 1 month return window is not very helpful.

No eye shields
Did not have eye shields in box. Really need those shields
