My son loves this chair! I got it for him for Christmas and it’s a hit. It’s very nice in person looks good at his white desk. Good quality chair when assembled, and really looks nice. He and his friends like to sit in it. Great value!

I have used this chair for about 4 months in my home office. Assembly was quick and easy. I wanted a chair that was stylish and comfy and this chair provided that classy comfort I was hoping for. The gold details gives it a classy touch. My butt and back are comfy in this chair, which is good, because I sit for long periods of time with my job. It is not too bulky, has a slim features that work well for my small home office space. The pillow featured in the pictures is more my own comfort, the chair is comfortable without it.

I am really happy with my chair. I love the rose gold and black. My job requires that i spend a considerable time sitting. This chair is comfortable and supportive with sufficient padding that my butt doesn't hurt at the end of the day. I don't have room to sit cross-legged, but that turned out not to be a deal breaker for me. I was able to assemble the chair by myself in about 30 minutes, even when I had to take it apart because I'd done something wrong. My cat has climbed on top of the chair and there are no scratches or damage.

Love the look and feel of this chair. Very glam if that's what you're going for. Smooth and soft comfort while seated. Assembly was quick and easy. However, you will want to order new wheels. Do not bother with the ones that came with this chair (not pictured, black cheap plastic). As you can see in my pictures I have hard floors so one would think this chair would move with ease. IT DOES NOT. Gets stuck constantly when you try to move, are noisy and it will annoy you to no end. Not sure why they used such cheap wheels for a chair at this price point. The wheels are on Amazon for $20. Go ahead and buy them now so they arrive with the chair. After this quick fix I love the chair. I got white wheels to match and they glide and make zero noise (unlike the ones that come with the chair). You will not be disappointed once you tweak the chair!

This is an amazing chair. It is ONE of the most comfortable chairs I have ever rested my butt on. And I’m talking out of all chairs I have seaten - my house has furnitures like Roche Bobois and Fendi, but honestly... this is an unbelievable steal for the price. It looks very elegant and flawless, as long as you’re not picky into the littlest details. I am a perfectionist and I do see some very minor flaws in the chrome finishes, but nothing major or visible unless your eyes are an inch away. It does lean back a little, but it’s not adjustable or anything. It only leans if your body weight pushes it back. I spent more than an hour comparing this chair to other similar chairs on Amazon and I think this is the best. First, the side arm rests are actually there. There are a lot of similar chairs with useless arm rests. You want padding! Second, it’s an actual all white chair, not white in front but black in the back. And if you must know, it’s not like pure pure white. It’s really hard to get a super pure white material, but it’s white enough. I’m pretty big and I fit fine in this new favorite chair of mine, but if you’re like super wide it might be somewhat tight.

I bought this in January of 2018 and I am just now replacing it with the same exact chair. It is still super comfortable and works great, but like all fake leather, it finally started to peel in the last 6 months or so. I have it in my home office and I don't sit in it every day so not sure how long it would've lasted with heavier use. That being said, my kids have pushed each other around the house in it, we often wheel it in the living room to use as another chair when we have a lot of people over, my son uses it to play his PS5 or to sit at his racing simulator, and everything in between. It's a great chair for the price and the simulated leather didn't start peeling until the 7th year which is amazing! Some reviews complain of the wheels, but honestly they have worked great for me. I have mine on carpet in the office but they have also rolled decent on tile too. (Granted they may have changed the wheels over the past 7 years.)

I had to reorder the first chair because one of the holes in the base seat was stripped (meaning the screw had nothing to attach to). I assembled the replacement chair only to find that one of the screws was blocked from being fully inserted to connect the back to the base seat. Oh my! It's likely because I could not fully insert the screw (again, not drilled out properly), it will wear out quickly as it is not secure. Also on the replacement chair, the faux leather on one arm has some wearing (dirt marks / stains that will not wipe off the white faux-leather), as does the base. Weird?

I’ve had this chair for several months now, almost a year. I work from home a few days a week and have a lot of personal projects so I spend quite a it of time in this chair weekly. My biggest issue with it is that it does not hold its height. Every day I have to readjust the height back up because when I sit, it will drop a few inches on the hydraulic. I’m not a heavy woman, I’m 5’3 130 lbs. I don’t drop myself in the chair like a sack of dead weight. This might not seem like a big issue but it’s rather annoying to me to have to readjust my chair height a few times a day. I’ve sat in office chairs for years at desk jobs and this has never been a thing, unless someone else sat in the chair and adjusted the height but that is not the case here. Aside from this, the chair has held up very well. It doesn’t show any signs of wearing on the leather and I’ve had it almost a year. It’s very comfortable and looks exactly as it was shown in the product photos, including the color. It was easy to assemble. I wouldn’t recommend this to a friend only because I find the height adjustment problem very annoying but if that doesn’t bother you, then you’re fine.

Bought two of these for my two daughters and they both loved them. Cozy, confy and supporting Customer support was effective. One of the packages had the piston missing and the piece was sent to us within 4 business days. Overall very satisfied
