Product is poor. Does not even started. It's easily available in market now a days with better price. And delivery is worst. Now it is almost 15days and we have no dates when we have the replacement

Firstly, dont be worried about completely covered nozzle, when you insert the filament... just start drawing and you ll be good. i think most of the buyers dont know how to use the product, please have some clarity. i press unload filmanet multiple times before shutting off, some other mindful instructions are given in the instruction sheet. The instructions about the product are clear enough for me. Filament strength was good, pen itself is good, i dont know what else to expect because all 3d pens and the box look the same anyways which makes me think they work the same. My only feedback is i wish the slowest speed could be much slower, like it can be much slower, the slowest speed is questionable to be called slow to do any precise work, but manageable in addition with a soldering iron tool or similar to flatten/smoothen the surface later. Also i would highly recommend to only take the combo set of 3d pen + extra filament. you would be doing absolutely nothing without the extra filament, buying extra filament is again, going to take sometime to find something you can proceed with less doubts.

The pen is very simple to operate. Kids can load the filament, press the extrusion button, and start drawing almost immediately. The speed control is straightforward, and the pen rarely jams. Most children aged 6 and above should be able to use it with minimal guidance.
