I believe in this. It helps me keep my weight down. There is no stomach discomfort.

I guess Dr. Grundy knows his stuff. These were great for balancing a digestion issue, also increasing energy all day long. They have an aroma of cinnamon. One with breakfast was plenty, makes them last longer.

I have been taking these for only 2 weeks. My blood sugar was below 100 for the first time in at least 5 years. I’m so excited.

At least for me, this product doesn't seem to have improved my metabolism whatsoever. In fact, there have been occasional times where my stomach became bloated and I experienced gassiness.

I liked this product because it worked. It raised my digestive "fire", made my elimination regular (2-3x day) and I felt sharper in mind. Would definitely use again. Oh and I lost 10 lbs in 2 months! So win win.
