Easy way to get that glutathione dose!
Was using a different brand where I had to take 4 pills. Now I ony take two to get up to 1000mg. Was recommended by my physician friend.

Break out
It gave me break out! I don't want to believe the other reviews but it happened to me. I actually took it for a month and it gave me break out. Then I stopped taking and pimples are gone in 1-2 weeks... then continue taking and pimples appeared again.. 🙃

MTHFR help and my post drinking go to
With MTHFR I run out of methyl donors and detoxing can be more difficult leaving me tired. I used to take NAC (carefully mind you) after drinking and noticed that I was tired the next day and then learned that NAC is a precursor to make glutathione. Now I just take this or any time I feel like I need an extra health boost and I’m great!

I bought it because a friend recommended it. I used to take glutathione from another brand, but I bought this one because I heard liposomal is better. I haven't been taking it for long, but I feel a bit less tired on the days I take it.

Like that it doesn't contain extra ingredients that could be allergenic, that it seems to make a difference in energy and immune function. Wish it was more affordable.
