Great syrup overall, taste maybe could be more sour but all my friends and I still liked it in our cocktails!! (virgin). I would recommend this syrup and any other syrup from the Liquid Alchemist brand.

I had waited to use this until my son, a mixologist, came for Thanksgiving. He made the most sensational cocktails with this gorgeous puree .. both with Bourbon, and with Tequila! They were so delicious and all my guests were swooning. A little splash of lime juice added to the stellar result. Highly recommended .. and I will certainly buy this again. Thank you so much. Great for cocktails. Not overwhelming flavor. Adds the right hit of sweet to almond for the perfect Mai Tai. This is one of the few syrups I don't take the time to make. Very good choice if a little pricey, but still worth it if you can't make your own.

This syrup is Great! I used this to make my favorite drink at home; Prickly Pear margarita (Cactus pear) It tastes exactly the way the bar makes it. I have ordered 3 bottles so far.

Absolutely delicious. Used for making various cocktails - added to Prosecco for a Bellini, added to cranberry juice, vodka, cider, orange liquor. The taste is perfect, not an obnoxious, fake cinnamon taste; but a smooth balance of apple and cinnamon. Perfect for using at my fall gatherings.
