This stuff is my secret weapon against cramps, tension, and all the “ouch” moments life throws at my muscles. Solid quality, great price, and I’ve been loyal for years. Bonus: even my kids use it after their games, because why should grown-ups have all the muscle recovery fun? If your muscles could talk, they’d thank you.

Works great for tired, sore muscles. Great to take in the evening also to wind down.

I’ve taken it only one night, but it relaxed me and I slept well for a change. No side effects. No drowsiness the day after.

This product, taken daily, is more helpful for my neck and shoulder problems than the prescribed muscle relaxers I was using. I verified it did not interact with my prescriptions and was given green light to use.

Works for me. Does make you a bit sleepy. Take it a day when you don’t have to go anywhere to see how your body reacts. I gave it three stars because I feel groggy the next day and that’s not a good thing for the work I do. I use it on weekends when I don’t have to work.

My back tends to be really tight to the point where it can pull some of my vertebrae out of line. When I hurt my back playing volleyball, I took 4 capsules one night when I was in extreme pain, and the next morning was SO much better. I won't say that the capsules completely removed any pain that I had, but it definitely mitigated it. I always take these along with me on vacation in case I do something (I always inevitably do) to my back. I ESPECIALLY take 4 capsules every night whenever I go on a camping trip- makes waking up from lying on the ground (or an air mattress) a little bit more bearable :) SIDE NOTE: I noticed that it has a high amount of magnesium (250mg). You might be able to get the same relief that product gives from just taking that amount of magnesium supplement (either in powder or capsule form) for a little bit cheaper. Just a thought.
