CONDENSED soup, so plan to add water or milk. Nutrition info is typical of a canned, shelf stable item. Of course it has a lot of sodium, but also keep in mind that this is a condensed food item. A review mentioned it being a lot of sodium for a little can, but it isnt just a little can when it is condensed. Take a look at regular cans of soup, any brand, any style, they all push 1000 mg and beyond easily. Also, the nutrition information is clearly listed directly in the product description. 790 per canGood flavor and consistency. I dont use this style of soup often, but it is a great pantry item for casseroles, sauces, "gravies" and use for general flavoring. Probably good as a soup too- paired nice with chunk of bread? mmmI like when I can buy a case of something. I can find these on sale in store often, but I don't get to the store frequently enough to take advantage, and when I do I really dont want to load my cart up with cans. Also don't want to clear the shelf. So if I can just buy a case and tuck it away then I am set for a while and dont have to bother with remembering to buy any when out shopping.

YES! One of our favorite chicken & rice recipes calls for Campbell's Cream of Broccoli Soup. Both of my local grocery stores have stopped carrying the option. Thank goodness we've found it again and can once again cook one of our favorites!
