For Someone in recovery, it can be an embarrassing thing, this is a perfect little tool, to help them on their journey, journey to deal with addiction, and the struggles that they face every day. I believe that this is a gift that anybody should give them to help aid in the recovery of addiction.

I got this for my boyfriend. He recently confided in me and told me about struggling with alcohol, and he was scared because when he tried to stop he got shaky and felt very sick, he did not realize he was drinking THAT much. He is really trying, but has no guidance and keeps his issues to himself. I wanted to be there for him but not force him to talk to me about any of it. He is not comfortable seeking counseling for depression and alcohol use at this point, and with this it's all up to him and he doesn't have to tell everyone he is struggling with addiction. I'm not the best advice giver, but I absolutely adore him, so when I saw this I was so excited. I mailed it to him in a new box with a note so I didn't have to make it weird and give it in person. I'm really excited because this gives him goals to reach and a way to physically see the progress he is making.

Loved this beyond and in my journey with sobriety. The prompts were amazing and was so though out. Anyone needing guidance or accountability for sobriety or moderation or even just daily life should get this!
