I am over 70 yrs old and have been taking these for about 6 months for loss of cartilage in my knees. Have gotten great results! Definitely helping me! It is a hard pill, elongated, a hefty size but I have no trouble swallowing them. Has reduced my pain and irritation. I definitely recommend this product!

The best I could find. I've been a competitive weight lifter for many years & this is starting to clear up elbow pain.

Only 4 stars for the fact they ae almost an inch long and very difficult to swallow. However, I honestly think these helped heal the very painful sciatica I had, along with prednisone. The very day I started taking these, the intensity of pain lessened in my hip. I’m not sure if that’s a benefit of these pills, but I’m giving them the credit for it. HOWEVER they are ENORMOUS. and I do have a lot of difficulty swallowing them. I wish they were in gel cap form — I wish the manufacturer would heed that request.

I take glucosamine for the pain in my joints! When I take it, I have less pain and can move better. It relieves some of my joint pain

Working soooo good. Knee feels much better. Pills big but practice makes it work!

If you are a senior and want a pill that is easy to swallow these are a great product but they are not so easy to swallow. The price is great for the product if you compare it to other brands
