Effective without any side affects
Due to the autoimmune disease I have, water retention is a constant battle for me and when that time of the month comes along I kid you not I wake up and have an added 2- 2 1/2 inches around my waist just over night solely from fluid retention. Obviously this supplement doesn’t compare to like the prescription drug lasix- but the side affects and dangers that come with taking that all the time are horrible. Caused major kidney problems for me. Water away uses a totally approach Which creates a completely different experience. For me it seemed to take a couple days of taking it consistently before I started noticing a difference. It’s subtle but I definitely feel/see a difference in the amount of overall fluid Im carrying which is obviously a total gamechanger not only in how I look but how I feel. I just ran out about a week ago and I can see all the fluid that’s built back up and have a huge increase in bloating which it definitely helped with as well. Zero side affects in my experience and honestly I love the blend of ingredients in it just to assist in overall detoxification and organ health and function. Definitely ordering more right now

Consistent and effective water pills
The formula in the Water Away pills is, so far, the most consistent solution to body water management I have tried to date. I have tried various products and normally use diurex. The others, diurex included, which contain a significant amount of caffeine, cannot be taken at bedtime. I found that the Water Away product produces a natural, anti-water retention effect. Taking it at night didn't result in restlessness and anxiousness associated with caffeinated products. If you feel like Water Away isn't working for you, it's most certainly because you are not taking in enough water to activate it. Sip your water throughout the day and Water Away will become active, capturing additional water stored in fat and muscle. Be consistent and take the recommended dosage daily with your other vitamins and you'll notice a brighter urine which accompanies an urge that surges over you as the product triggers your body's natural purge. I had a puffy face and overall weighty feel to my body after Thanksgiving. I resumed my normal diet and made sure to drink water over any other preferred drinks. Water Away picked back up where it left off and I had a more lean appearance and my jawline returned to a chiseled stature. Shipping was quick enough and packaging was mindful of the product it carried. I order these manually as they run out and will continue with this product as it works the most consistent. It is upwards in price but it does actually deliver the result it claims. Happy Holidays

Bloating
So I started using this because I retain water really easily and it has been a big problem when fitting into clothes because one day they will fit perfect and the next they are way too small. The first 2 days this stuff worked great! But then I started noticing that my stomach was bloating. I eat relatively healthy and try to stay away from foods that will bloat me because it's painful at times. The bloating caused by this pill doesn't hurt but I think is related to the fact that things are "backed up" if you know what I mean. So I'm not sure what exactly this pill does in order to flush out extra water, or if it is taking all of the water and leaving me dehydrated and unable to move things properly in my colon. Even coffee only helps so much. So all in all, I'd say this is good for if you have swelling do to injury or maybe if you are able to drink 2 gallons of water a day to help regulate things. But not good for everyday use.

Works just like prescription!
Honest Review: I've had prescription diuretics before, and this comes close to it. I feel a lot better about drinking water daily when taking these. They help flush the water out and it doesnt keep it inside of you, helping in bloating. These aren't magic pills, and it is highly recommended to drink plenty of water. These pills help me get rid of excess water, but don't take them and immediately start drinking alcohol, you will be even more dehydrated in the morning. Great bang for the buck!

I can confirm this is also an effective product for men
27yr old male here, average height, medium build, on a mostly keto diet. I was looking for a product to relieve occasional bloating and water retention. I tend to get it the day after I eat non-keto or drink alcohol. Most of these kinds of products were either marketed toward women or had little to no reviews by men so I was unsure how effective they would be for me. I wanted something without caffeine as I already get plenty of caffeine from my coffee and tea throughout the day. I wanted something without caffeine as I already get plenty of caffeine from my coffee and tea throughout the day. I saw a few guys had reviewed this product and said it was effective for them. This works! I typically lose 1-3lb of water weight over 1-2 days taking this twice per day. I think that's about the max that I put on when I get bloated. No side effects, no significant increases in bathroom breaks from what I can tell. I do feel like it is more effective when you drink more water like others have said here.

Made me pee like crazy when my legs were bloated retaining fluid.
OK so here was my situation: For a good week i was consuming high sodium meals, i am obese, and live a sedentary life style due to unemployment. That included Fast food, instant meals, etc. My body took it's toll after Thanksgiving and Thanksgiving-left-overs feasting. I was eating food without realizing how much sodium I was ingesting for a good 3 weeks. I went to my family doctor and he checked me and got back to me with the blood and urine tests and said everything seems to be fine, the bloating he believed was due to being obese, sitting around for prolonged hours, not being active, and high sodium intake. I took his advice and he said i needed to process the retaining liguid by taking either a prescription or natural diaretic and start moving my fat ass more often and lose the weight. Mind you I wanted to go natural eating right and take OTC medicine/supplements because i didn't want any of the other possible side affects from the prescribed medicine he told that would might occur. I ordered these water pills and got them the next day with Prime. Mind you while taking these pills i changed my diet to high protein and fiber w/ low sodium and becoming more active steering away from the sedentary lifestyle. Lifting weights and getting my heart rate up by doing stationary jogging and high reps in the 20's and 30's with lighter weights. With the lighter weights I'd do 24-36 reps with weights i would max out to get my heart rate going doing pulls, arnold lifts, curls, bench presses. As an add on for my personal interest i am also doing muscle building, 6 reps of double to triple the weight performing bench presses, arnold lifts, curls, deadlifts, leg extensions, should shrugs. and leg presses. All of this with free weights. So for the first 2-3 days taking these pills, nothing legs were still bloated, peeing normally, about 4 times a day. Then out of the damn blue after waking up I did my normal routine of peeing and off to my computer workstation. Then a hour later, pee'd again. And again in another hour, and again in another hour, and again and again and again... for 2 days straight I was peeing every 45 minutes to an hour. The amount of times i was urinating in one day was making it extremely inconvenient and hectic but i knew that me body was finally flushing the water that was retaining in my legs. I wouldn't recommend trying to hold it in, i didn't attempt to because the urge was so intense and hit me like a train, i'd imagine if you tried to hold it in you'd end up soiling yourself or maybe do some damamge to your bladder or w/e. How did I know the retained water in my legs was finally draining and being processed out of my body? Because during those 2 days i notice my legs were hurting less, skin getting less tight, I was able to move around more freely since the water was prevent me from moving around. At the end of day 6 the bloating was gone and my legs looked normal albeit the skin being stretched and slightly wrinkly from the extreme bloating but i'd imagine it'd bounce back and eventually tighten up. When my legs were bloated it was the worst pain ever. It's like a burning pain and my ankles and knees had limited movent due to the bloating. When i would poke my bloated leg from the knees down with my finger and leave it there for a few seconds and would retain the shape of poking it slowly go back to normal in i would say about 30 seconds. Ever since the Urination Blitzkrieg my legs no longer show any signs of bloating or any other issues, my legs are back to normal and i am now moving about more freely. BRB gotta pee.

Great at reducing water weight, unexpected side effects
I'll give this one 4 stars because of the unexpected side effects, but you may not experience them the way I have. Long story short, this stuff works. I've had persistent fluid retention in my ankles for a couple years and within a day, the swelling had started to reduce. Fair warning, TMI ahead. But sharing is caring. Day 1: The bottle arrived. I took a pill with my next meal, gulping down glass after glass of water to give it lots to work with. Fast forward a few hours, already the swelling is going down in my ankles. Awesome! Then the other effect happened. The Colon Cleanse. (It deserves capitalization, believe me.) While we can all stand with a good cleanse, there's a point at which one says, "The tank is empty, enough is enough." I've now been cleansed of meals past, present and future. Me being me, smelling the scent of scientific discovery (no pun intended), I kept at it. Day 2, per the instructions (up to 2 pills per day, 1 at a time), I took one pill at breakfast, one at dinner. Again with lots of water. The dry mouth was a new thing. And not a good one. Plus my stomach was super unhappy. On the other hand, almost all the swelling in my ankles was gone. Day 3, I decided to give it a rest, not take a pill and let things settle. Oh, look, swelling is back. Day 4, late afternoon, I took a pill. Woke up in the middle of the night with a rampant cleanse. That was a miserable hour. Day 5. Exhausted and a little scared, I waited until dinner time. (Yes, I'm stubborn.) Took a pill 3 hours ago. The tummy rumbling has started, and my mouth is dry. But the ankles are doing great. I'm probably sensitive to one or more of the herbal ingredients. My stomach has always been a pansy. I'll keep trying a few more days, because it's wonderful to see my anklebones again. I don't recall reading other reviews that mentioned these side-effects, you may not experience them at all, and I can happily testify that Water Away works fast to reduce fluid retention. ***I chose to buy this product, and review this product, and didn't get anything free or discounted from the company. (Probably not a surprise.)***
