Kimberly Bay 6-Panel Solid Pine Interior Door Slab (18x80)

The dor is very well made. It arrived on time and will fit my closet perfectly. Excellent choice.

These are solid pine. We first tried staining one after preparing it in all the right ways which was fairly time consuming. Pine is a soft wood so it can stain up blotchy. After the correct preparation, it looked great but rustic but not the look I was going for so we decided to paint them all instead. They look fabulous. I'm not sure if all door openings are like ours which are 80" tall but just under the choice of width measurements. So if you have that situation and plan on DIY, you better know what you are doing with the saw. I searched the web for ones with the exact measurements needed but never found solid core real wood doors with those dimesions. One of our doors is only 20"- wide and I got 24" for that one. Time will tell if 6 panels was the right choice cause we might have to go to 3.

This 18 x 80 door is hard to find! It arrived very well packaged and in fine condition. Very high quality.

Door arrived much sooner than expected....... very nice surprise. Extremely well packaged with plastic wrap, foam surround, foam sheeting and rubber bumpers on the the four corners. Then placed in a tight fitting cardboard box. However their was a pencil eraser sized ding on one of the styles that happened prior to packaging because it was under the plastic wrap. No big deal as I will place that side on the inside of the closet. Constructed very well, with smooth sanded finish ready for stain or paint. Will be purchasing more for my home restoration project.

Pros: Doors are beautiful and as-described. Shipping was fast. They’re good quality doors made of solid pine. Cons: Door edges were minorly damaged upon arrival. I used a plane to level the dents a bit (3 dents between 2 doors) but a couple are still somewhat visible. I’m unsure how they were damaged as they were quite well-packed.

The product was just what I needed. The description of the product was very accurate and arrived in really good condition! Happy with this 18 inch door!

This slab door came on time, very well packaged and protected. The size I purchased is 18" x 80', not easy to find on stores.
