I’ve tried a lot of pimple patches, but these dermaAngel Microdart Patches are one of the few that actually do something for those painful, under-the-skin spots. The microdarts feel a bit prickly for the first few seconds, but it’s not painful and you quickly forget it’s there. I usually apply one at night on clean, dry skin and by the next morning the bump is noticeably flatter and less red. I also have fairly sensitive skin and was worried about irritation, but the formula with BHA, azelaic acid, CICA and vitamin C hasn’t caused any burning or dryness for me. The patch sticks well through the night and doesn’t peel off while I’m sleeping. It’s not magic—really stubborn spots sometimes need a second patch the next day—but overall it shortens the life of breakouts and keeps me from picking at them. If you struggle with hidden, inflamed blemishes and regular hydrocolloid patches don’t do enough, this is definitely worth trying.

These are half as thick or less as the Walmart equate version. These are essentially unnoticeable. The thinnest out there. Excellent for bug bites in Florida. If you get no seeum or mosquito or other insect bites that constantly leak juice into clothing these prevent itching and discoloration on clothing. Also good for ingrown hairs or razor burn on the neck

I have adult acne i have tried over 25 different brands/ styles of acne dots from pharmacy styles to buying on amazon. These are my favorite by far!!!!! Most acne dots do not work well on deep nodule and cycstic acne (the microneedle styles in other brands sometimes help but its hit or miss). I have fairly sensative skin and its oily in places dry in others. These dots do not irritate the skin; more the opposite within 20 minutes of putting the dots on the pain from my inflamed acne was gone. Within 48 hours my acne had either receeded or come to a head and was healing. They also lasted a pretty long time before they needed to be changed (for me 10 hours on an avg day). They are lightweight, flexible, breathable and pretty much invisible on skin. If you do want to wear makeup over it thats fine too; tried it myself no issues still felt breathable and the dots being a matte material were a bit shiny so i reccomend usibg poweder on it of some kind with watever other makeup you choose to use. they were easy to cover. I love the material the dots are made of they dont even feel like a band aid; they feel even lighter. They stick pretty well id give adhesion 8/10 overall. My only reccomendation to the company is to offer an additional size of the dots that is even larger for people like myself who have some very large deep acne but for now if needed i just use two dots for coverage on those. Ordering more right away. I dont do reveiws much but i know the awful struggles of acne (ive had it for decades; seen 3 different dermatoligists, tried pro active and accutane). I did receive a derma angel specific coupon for completing a reveiw however i would have written one reguardless. I wanted to be very detailed and honest in my experience in hopes this might help yall too; theres so much product out there that claims to help acne that doesnt and so much trial and error and pain and $$money spent for many of us dealing with acne just hoping sharing my persspective/ experience with this great product helps Good Luck All.

I thought this would work better on my son’s cystic acne, it cleared some of the gunk but not all of it. Also super notable by end of school day. We have tried for about a week with berry slow progress.
