If you like the effects of tea/matcha over coffee, these are for you. Also being able to titrate lower doses of caffeine help prevent spikes and lows in levels throughout the day.

Works well. In this ratio the L-Theanine overpowers the Caffeine and I just feel relaxed. I think I am very sensitive to L-Theanine.
