A lot of reviews say these are too small but they are the same size as the more expensive ones from big name wood working stores. Not sure what people are looking for, these fit snug but slide right onto my mandrel with a push just like the others. No complaints from me.

Just like some of the other reviews, these bushings are extremely tight when fitted to my pen making mandrell. Just hold them in a vice and drill them out with a quarter inch drill bit. And they will slide on easily. I remember having to drill out the more expensive set that I got several years ago. Bottom line, I got a pack of 20 for the same price as just 4 from the pen making company. Good value in my book.

These work great. I didn't have to enlarge the hole to fit the mandrel shaft.

Bushings do not fit on a standard pen manderel. ID is just too small.

Just the right size for 7mm pens.

As others have said, the hole is too small to go on a 7mm mandrel. I simply took my barrel trimmer with the 7mm bit and reamed them out. They work fine now and will do the job. Shouldn't have to tweak them, but it's not the end of the world

I purchased 20 of these bushings for $10 rather than buy 4 for around $7 from the specialty stores. As per previous reviews, the hole is slightly smaller than 7mm. No problem...I used my pen blank reamer to correct the dimension. Now, they work fine. The 20 pieces should last a long time.
