I loved the flavor of Rockstar’s pre-workout, and it gave me the perfect amount of energy in the mornings before my workouts. It didn’t have an overpowering flavor or make me feel jittery like some other pre-workouts have in the past.

I drink Rockstar Recovery Lemonade everyday and thought that this powder would be good too but it taste awful, It doesnt have a good taste and leaves this horrible taste all day in your mouth. I didnt like how I felt after I drank it either and that lasted about 3hrs. I wished I could have returned it because I did waist my money on it, being I only used 1 scoop. I was going to try to sell it but then just threw it away because I dont want anyone else feeling the same way I did with the awful taste as well maybe they thought I put something in it. Gross and wont buy again. I will stick to my Rockstar Lemonade Recovery drinks 1 a day.

I'm a personal trainer and I've been working out for the past 15 years and this is by far one of the worst pre-workout I've ever had.I bought this pre-workout because I wanted a product that has both L-Arginine and Beta alanine.I know that both have a somewhat bad taste (depends on your sensitivity) but other brands managed to have one of the other and still deliver a product with a nice taste. NOT THIS ONE.I would definitely not recommend this product for mainly two reasons.1) Taste is really bad2) It's a very low dosage, for example recommended dosage for Beta-Alanine is around 3g which is a third of what's in a scoop.

I've recently started working out with more regularity and adding in weights instead of just cardio. This does help me a lot because I've been lazy in the past, so this helps me get energized which helps my motivation!

I’ve tried a LOT of preworkouts, and this is by far the WORST tasting one I’ve ever tried. There is no fruit punch flavor, which is why I bought it cause I really like rockstar fruitPunch. Sadly this stuff tastes like sweet n low mixed with mushrooms and crushed Tylenol. It makes me wretch, it’s so foul. And the effects are mild at best.You’re better off buying pretty much anything else

After baby #2 it's been hard to find the energy (and time) to work out. Luckily, I found Rockstar to help give me that extra boost that I need(plus it tastes delicious)!
