I have used a variety of pre workout supplements over many years. I wanted to try this one for the orange flavor as I don't care for the sweeter flavors. It's okay, if only a little bitter. Works well enough for a 90 minute workout. I find that if I haven't eaten much an hour or so beforehand I get a bit nauseous. I really don't recommend more than a single scoop as the effect was counter productive to my workout. I don't know if it's because of any stimulant or some other ingredient. I usually use 600 mg of caffeine for pre workout but wouldn't dream of adding any caffeine with this stuff as it didn't feel safe. Use with precaution in mind.

it was alright. doesnt feel as if its loaded with caffeine as their website claims

I just opened this new package and was very disappointed to find that this was already half empty/full before I even used the first scoop. This does work great, but they can do significantly better on the portions. Typically do not like paying full price for half of a product.
