I’ve been using this fiber brand for months and have seen amazing results with my bowel movements. I don’t strain when going to the bathroom. I’m in and out in minutes. People on here complain about the taste and how this stuff turns to sledge, let me explain. First of all, you are drinking 100% fiber, so it’s going to taste like it. The texture is like saw dust, but when you mix it in with water it’s not too bad, I’ve gotten used to it. When the fiber is mixed into water you have to drink it quick because the fiber will absorb the liquid and turn into the sludge that people are complaining about. That sludge is a good thing because it acts like a sponge and cleans out your colon. I recommend drinking a lot of water throughout the day to help the fiber do it’s work. I drink a tablespoon in the morning and a tablespoon in the evening. I’ve also noticed my skin has been clearing up along with less break outs. Highly recommend.

For years I used a flavorless ground psyllium powder, its downside was obvious large and plentiful sugar granules that was not a listed ingredient or as having a caloric value on the label. It became more difficult to find and one day flavorless was no available any longer in any brand name or 'equal' name. I tried the flavor ones, I really cannot stand the tang orange taste. I tried a very fine grind 'flour' type but it was not effective, obviously requiring huge amounts of water to work right. I took a chance on this brand, it was well presented and had excellent customer reviews, but I wondered about the 'whole husk' being too rough. But no worries now, it is perfect, gentle, flavorless, grain colored, soft particles. I use the blender bottle and tap water every day once a day, I have been taking it now for several months, I know exactly how much of the whole husk fiber I need for the best results. The only negative is me, I have forgotten to take some along when away from home for a couple of days, and sure enough, it is the fiber that is keeping me regular, it takes about 3 days to get it all back to perfect!

It gets the job done and no one is denying it. However the taste is best described as sawdust water, so you end up trying to shotgun it to get it over with.

Not terrible tasting. I recommend using warm water.
