Supplements in their effectiveness are a very subjective matter. The reason I buy this brand is because it looks quality, packaging, the seals on them, etc. And the fact that it's made in the UK is the bonus ,I like the fact that a lot of their supplements come within 120 capsules so you don't have to mess about with constant repeats of purchasing , I like the information provided on the bottles and they are fantastic priced. In my opinion, taste is irrelevant because it's in capsules and if you trust the write up, these are the ones to get ,easy to swallow with or without water

Easy to take, only taken for 1 week so too early to say about benefits .

great value for money, I'm mixing it in orange juice with a pinch of cinamon, black pepper, ginger, turmeric, camu camu and chlorella, but need to wait longer for effects to comments

I've a very sensitive immune system and these didn't agree with me at all.I took for around 2 weeks and that's plenty of time to know whether these capsules suited me.They didn't.For one my pains increased ten fold,Have Arthritis, also noticed my moods where worse, was really irratible. So decided wasn't worth it,stopped them completely...Back to my usual self now.But just because these didn't suit me,to many negatives.They could work for you!

This product is great. Gives me energy. On my second bag now, and I really do feel better in myself. My skin and general health has noticeably improved.Would highly recommend.
