Safety comes first!
Has about 18 charges. I haven't.. tried it on myself (yet?) so I don't know if it stings, but how the gel looks; It would for sure keep idiots away! Quality is great! Squirts far so its powerful. Compactable enough to carry in your purse or if necessary attached to your hip. This is by far cheaper then going to Walmart or a local store to pick one up. Unlike Spray. Pepper Gel tends to make the eye burn even worse and harder to get out of their eye, so it gives people more time to call the authorities, or protect themselves and get away from a toxic environment. Tools like these are not toys!!!! I have bought this for my mother, along with a couple friends that are independent. Be sure to try it out, and be aware on how to use it. Stay safe everyone!

The built in clip is too loose to stay on, canister falls off belt/purse strap often
Haven't had to use it yet so I can comment on the actual spray, but the clip is really loose and doesn't stay on a belt or purse strap or waistband or anything, so it's frustrating to carry. It falls off a lot and I'm worried it's going to burst when it hits the ground at some point so unless I can figure out a better solution to clip it, I might just shelve it for now. But it hasn't gone off accidentally so that's better than some other pepper sprays already so I'm glad for that. If I ever need to use it, I'll be sure to update my review.

Price is fair. Easy to carry around and makes one feel safer with some protection.

Every Woman Needs This In Her Purse
Unfortunately you need something to defend yourself while on walks or even during daylight in store parking lots. This is good because it is a gel and will not fly back to hit you in the face.

Chunky but great
I purchased the set of four for my family, and I always carry one with me. This thing is a bit chunky, but it has 28 one-second bursts, and it won't be affected by wind blow-backs as much as pepper spray. Very effective.
