Purchased to keep bird seed in and dies the job well - keeps the rats away. Sturdy and good size.

Does what it is

I put these bins out and it rained . I checked them over and found that they leak at the handle attachment sites.The rest of the bins were of good quality and good value for money. Just needed some sealant , thus 4 stars.

Handy for keeping a sack of horse feed in. Not as sturdy as they could be , but adequate.

I out foxed the squirrels. My bird food is safe, dry and the squirrels haven’t found a way in.Storage capacity:just right for my 25 kg nuts ( one bin ) seed and other food in the second bin.

I was skeptical to order these with all the bad reviews saying they arrived dented and not welded together properly but was pleasantly surprised,don’t get me wrong they’re not the sturdiest of bins but couldn’t find any other ones that were any better.I needed metal bins to put my animal feed in as rats had chewed through my shed and helped themselves to all my chicken feed. I’ve used bungee cords to lock the lids in place and so far so good. The bins arrived with no dents and are definitely rodent proof.For the price of 35.99 for 2 bins you won’t find cheaper and they’re better than I expected.The handles won’t last a life time but I don’t Intend to be moving the bins around anyway so I would recommend these bins
