My review is based on the price: nothing outstanding, performs a standard task. After washing the rubber pear, the elastic band (red) was missed once it is impossible to return it back. I would buy a cheaper product in the future. The additional holes on the top (on the sides) perform its function well.

The Aultept Anal Douche Enema Bulb was perfect! The longer inserting piece allowed the water to reach the inside cleaning area. The bulb held a nice sizable amount of water! It made my cleaning process faster and easier. I recommend this for anyone looking for a great anal Douche.

The media could not be loaded.  It’s Great For The Price! Had A Few With “BackFlow” issues, but this one is great. Also COMFORTABLE to use, was initially hesitant about the bulb tip (don’t judge lol ) but it was easy.

Bulb does not seal right with head. Water spouts out of the union and there is nothing you can do to avoid it.

I don't care what any of the positive reviews say, when squeezed, the nozzle will pop off the base every time and splash water down your legs. From experience, I know that a small douche that basically can't be filled under a tap is the only kind that doesn't leak, short of a bag kit. However, I have an idea: use a thumb screw hose clamp to tighten over where the nozzle attaches to the base. I haven't tried it yet but think that might prevent the leaking.

Don’t waste your money, this product is trash. It’s a flawed design. The water squirts out everywhere and the tip comes off unexpectedly.. pretty dangerous since it can get stuck or lost Inside your body.
