Not to sharp
I love this it’s heavy you know it’s going to the the job . It’s a shame it comes blunt as I have nothing to sharpen it with and don’t really know how to sharpen it. I don’t understand why it comes blunt when you have to show I’d and sign for it .

Sturdy garden billhook
It does the job but I found the wooden varnished handle very slippery , the first time I used it , the bill hook slipped from my grasp and flew a good distance. Best to wear rubber gloves.

Needs some finishing.
The weight is nice, slightly forward heavy which permits a good chop, it arrives with plastic protective covers that are really not needed, it requires a good edge putting on the blade, took me half hour with the angle grinder to get a keen edge.The handle is round and slippery, an oval form would work better to prevent the misfits due to blade angle.For the money it’s a worthwhile investment if you hand chop kindling or do any hedge laying or brush cutting.To be sharpened before usage.
