Not easy to fit. But looks ok definitely make's the interior pop with a bit of colour. The outer layer of it is only foil. But I'm happy for now just see how long it lasts.

At first I left a bad review then deleted it because it was me who didn't understand how to use it. Firstly because it comes in a coil it was difficult to get it to stay in the gaps. I found if you straighten it first it's much easier to apply. So this is what you need to do first. You have to get it inbetween your thumb and finger. At the same time slightly bend in the opposite direction whilst running your thumb and finger down it. It's all in the preparation. Then easly to get it to stay in position.

Not that easy to install. The applicator is about as much use as a fart in a teacup but if you persist the finish looks good. But not for long. Bought the blue in April 2022. In June, it had lost its colour completely. Ultimately, it's not worth the effort

Ok, this is good value for the price, looks good and would have been great IF I could have fitted it! Quality and function looked ok and I’d done the credit card check but you need to check the gap top and bottom together or left and right together. I’d inserted credit card and was able to slide round where I wanted trim to go BUT once I’d installed at the top, it had closed the gap at the bottom! Tried and tried, partner tried but no way was it slotting in. If it had I think it would have done the job and looked great but you need to check your gap carefully. Hence 3 stars. As for the tool; honestly can’t see purpose, just hindered things.

I had to make a quick purchase for a car to get me to work after my X3 started to go wrong and was going to turn into a money pit. Overnight I turned into Mondeo Man, complete with garage bought sunglasses and a short sleave shirt and tie combo. I now stalk the motorways and A roads in of the East Midlands, blending seamlessly into the mundane traffic background. Whilst it has all the bells and whistles inside as you would expect from a titanium X model, I thought the black and brushed aluminium was missing a little colour. With the memory of max power magazines in the dim and distant past, I started to think, jazzy mats? Colourful bulbs? Or a super tacky seatbelt sleeve with "Ford" or "RS" on it? The images of a sparkling concours ready engine bay, a massive whale fin and the exhaust from a Saturn 5 rocket haunted me, that was 20+ years ago, let it go.... Having seen this trim pop up on offer, I decided to give it ago, having driven a little electric BMW at work I quite liked the blue pipe trim every where, it reminded me of Tron. So I took the plunge and I must say it looks very good, I didn't go over the top and put it everywhere, just a big loop around the center console and centre section on the door cards, it very easy to fit, but I found a flat head screw driver more useful than the accompanying tool. My self and the teens think it looks nice, my wife thinks I have regressed. But overall I'm happy with the results.

Very bad quality

My car is blue but the interior is a boring black. I pressed the trim (with included plastic tool) into the space between door pieces and also under dash pieces...makes the interior pop!! Great product...would recommend.
