Hello I received the mascara I ordered but the product is not usable It claims to be waterproof lightweight and no clumping but the formula is extremely watery When I first tried to apply it the liquid went directly into my eye which caused irritation and itching This makes the product uncomfortable and unsafe to use I would like to return and refund for this item Please help resolve this issue as soon as possible i didn't even wanted to give 1 star bcz it doesn't evennn deserve thattt also

Amazon return policy not a good please check your return policy because my before order return policy I was facing a problem, finally I get a return but I am lot of facing a problem return policy from Amazon platform.
