I have found that magnets really work I would recommend them I use the ones on my knee and now this one it is removed all the pain in my knees and even my lower back

I really liked this magnetic neck wrap; it was so helpful when I had neck pain, which is often :( But the Velcro isn't strong enough; even wearing it without doing any physical activity,. i needed to check often that the Velcro was still properly stick Because of this, I lost it while cycling during a slow ride. I didn't even feel it fall off. I'm going to order another one on Amazon, but I'm worried I'll lose that one too because of this poor quality Velcro

I have the big set. Magnets are quarter size and thick. The magnets on the neck wrap are pea size and super thin. Very light. Magnets are not big enough to help you. I sent it back and I'm going to buy another big set. I use the waist wrap on my neck when I sleep.

It works great

The problem with this item is that it does not attach well to a short neck and becomes uncomfortable. Forget about trying to sleep with it. It bothered my ears and the back of my neck by the hairline. I would not buy this again.
