Please go through snap and read the information represented by the brand. And it’s 100% true that Honeywell’s brand representative is just a fraud and misleading. Product quality is worst. Volume is too low. Bass is completely missing. Connectivity issue persists . I have placed the return in lesser than a minute. Amazon supported well in placing the return.
