Disney Princess Bundle - Red

Loved this and so did my four year old Granddaughter. When she's ready, she takes herself off to her room to listen to one of her stories (Pippi Longstocking seems to be her fav at the mo). It's a lovely invention and just as good as actually being read to 10/10. Fantastically easy for children to operate.

Really good buy I paid £114 pounds for the box and 3 characters, not particular what she wants other than the princess but they are £14.99 each so i can buy the ones she wants

So sorry, but my Tonies box only works when it's on charge. And without charging it turns off immediately. I charged it for a long time, but it doesn't help. I read on the Internet that this is happens (so sad - it's expensive toy) and it's a defective product and in this case I should ask for replacement product. I would like to change the product, how can I do this? Amazon shows just return, but its birthday present and my daughter would be upset. That's why just 2 stars. But it's nice toy I think if it works correctly. I contacted the company and they changed the box. So everything is fine eventually 😊.

This was bought as a surprise Christmas gift for my granddaughter who has s 3yrs old. She had three characters came with it and I also bought another 3 characters for her and she loves it. She loves changing the characters and listening to the new stories or songs.

This product is genius! We love it and most of all, our child loves it! It is being used every day over and over again! The negative thing about it: we have to constantly buy more tonies because they have been listened to so many times already. Love the fact you can record your own book as well! It is just brilliant

I purchased this as a birthday gift for my grand daughter and decided to set it up for her, she is only 5 and there my nightmare began. I am in Australia and on fibre NBN which is combined 5GHz and 2.4GHz. Setting this toy up was hard work. I had to set up my Modem to 2.4GHz and then reset it and leave it for about 10 hours. Next morning I logged into Tonie website on my smart phone but I also had to turn off my mobile data on the phone and alter my WiFi to not show anything that was 5GHz. After I spent about 4 hours the previous day trying to flipping set this toy up, I had success. I got it hooked up to WiFi and loaded all the characters. I also had to buy an adapter plug for it. I have another Toniebox coming for my other granddaughter and wrote down what I did to get it connected to WiFi, just in case I need to do that all over again. But apart from the pain of actually setting it up, it is an amazing toy and both girls will love them.
