Harper & Bright Designs Twin Bed with Drawers, Kids Twin Platform Bed with Storage, Solid Wooden Platform Bed, No Box Spring Needed (Grey)

I ordered this for my grandson. It IS all wood NOT fiberboard. The instructions are clear and simple, the hardware is in numbered bags, the wood frame has lettered stickers on them. It took me about two hours to assemble but I'm 76 years old. This bed is built to last. Totally satisfied with the bed.

The Harper & Bright Designs Twin Platform Bed was easy to assemble and is very sturdy. My child loves it! However, we did encounter an issue with the caster wheels on the roll-out storage; one broke shortly after we started using it. Despite this, the bed itself is great and I would still recommend it for its overall quality and ease of assembly.

The bed is very sturdy and great for the price. The drawers underneath don’t work great on carpets but improvised to make it work for our daughter’s room.

Really great quality! Didn’t take that long to assemble. Very sturdy! Would rebuy this bed again and again! Cheaper than another twin bed I bought through Ashley Furniture; this one doesn’t creak at all, the Ashley furniture one creaks so much you can’t roll over!

Bought for a teenager, but definitely isn’t too young. Very simple and pretty. We put a thing on it to help make it more sturdy. The drawers are a good size. Not terribly long, but deep and wide enough to hold blankets, books, etc. It was pretty simple to build, and probably could be done by one person. The hardware is gold, but we sharpied them black.

The frame is good. The hardware is not placed where it looks nice or is hidden. I had to cover the hardware with white stickers from another piece of furniture I had to make it look nice.

The bed itself isn’t bad but I was extremely disappointed to find that the drawers aren’t on any sort of track. They’re just on wheels & if you’re not careful, you’ll run the drawers into one another other while opening or closing & damage the facings. It does come with stoppers to prevent the drawer from rolling too far under the bed but they’re natural wood instead of matching color & they are so close to the edge of the side, they’re very noticeable. Unfortunately we didn’t realize until after the entire bed was put together since the drawers are the last step. My husband is going to make some alterations instead of returning because we’ve already gotten rid of my son’s other bed. My husband also wasn’t happy about the fact that all the hardware is exposed. In the image you see a few spots where hardware will be visible but it’s literally everywhere. They didn’t send caps or anything to try to hide them. There were also some dings & dents unfortunately & of course they were on the side that would be exposed but that wouldn’t have even bothered me that much if I wasn’t already frustrated with the other issues.

This bed is great for the price. Sturdy and looks great. Easy to setup. Drawers are on their own wheels and aren’t as deep as you would hope but great bed nonetheless. As the title says, the shipping cost is absurd but or practically all the beds on here have the same cost to ship.
