Recently got my helix and my conch pierced despite me being a MAJOR side sleeper. This pillow is blessing it not only allows me to keep my ear piercings from becoming crooked but stop any chance of swelling. super comfortable, not too big so I can use it on top of my normal pillow, easy remove silk to wash. Immediately took care of ear pain from my piercings and side sleeping.
