I have not had this item long enough to determine how it will affect my health with all of the known health benefits, but I can definitely attest to how beautiful these leaves are. These are clearly very high-quality, whole organic olive leaves! I have some set aside steeping in olive oil for some beauty recipes later. I have also made tea and used the leaves in distilled water to steam my face when I was congested. The steam definitely left me feeling refreshed. Also, the tea is not bitter as other people have stated, and it is a beautiful amber color. Maybe it depends on what kind of tea you are used to drinking, but I tend to prefer bitter tea, with dandelion root to being one of my favorites. This is much more mild than dandelion root. It is a pleasant flavor in my opinion, and once it cools down I add just a little bit of raw honey.

Great product and great value. While I enjoy the taste of it, it would possibly be slightly bitter to other individuals. I often will combine it with other herbs such as mullein or lamb's ear or rosemary. These herbs help balance out the bitterness with their natural earthy tastes. A spoonful of honey when I am in the mood for something sweet.

Olive leaf is a miracle plant....I break up the leaves and give to my animals and the 2 outside stray cats that have claimed my back porch. First , a few drops of apple cider vinegar on top of the food (for outside cats to help prevent fleas) and I sprinkle the leaves on top. It has proven itself to work time and time again. I started the olive leaf as soon as I started feeding the stray cats so I did not know if it was working or if they looked 1000x healhier just because they were getting fed everyday (although I still used the cheap kind of food that is basically full of s***)... Well, I went through a lazy period and did not give it to the stray cats for a few weeks- their hair started falling out in clumps & became dull, their eyes became dull with eye boogers, scratches everywhere...miserable looking things again! I started em back on the O.L and low & behold- a couple of weeks later, they look AMAZING again. eyes all clear and bright bright green, shiny fur all grown in, scratches are healing up quite nicely. Seem to not be fighting eachother as much... pretty interesting!! OL is mentioned in the bible that the people will use it for medicine...did you know?? It worksss. Also, used with honey to fight a blood infection from a cat bite. with both combined, my finger was almost back to normal in 24 hrs. Take it everytime I feel a cold coming on (in pill form) and never wind up getting sick. Cured my friend of the flu within 24 hours (4-5 pills a day- glass of water with each one) . works for my mom as well. Purchased this for my entire family . (leaf form for animals & pills for us human animals :) )

I loved it so much I bought it twice already. I love the slightly bitter, refreshing taste. I drink it about once a week because of its antioxidant properties. One bag lasts a long time, so it's a great deal at this price.

Good stuff for detox. Vacuum sealed mylar bag keeps it fresh to your door. Just a small amount makes a decent bitter tea good for detox of the liver, kidneys, blood other organs, so the home remedy guru's say. This was recommended for a smoker who needs to detox their blood, we'll know in a few months if it does what they say it can do, I'm skeptical but optimistic to try anything all natural that may help. My recipe; I recommend using a grinder to shred the leaves, boil 8oz of spring or purified water in a Pyrex measure cup in the microwave and then add the shredded olive leaves (med shred, not to fine) and then seal the cup with cellophane or tight lid and allow to brew for at least 15 to 30 min, then remove lid and place back in microwave for another minute or two until boiling then remove and allow to cool. Stick a coffee filter in a funnel and strain into your tea cup. This second time in the microwave is said to squeeze out all the antioxidants in the tea, and just makes a better infusion, try it. Add a bit of Stevia to take off the bitterness and you got a great cup of tea. Enjoy.
