Ich selbst nutze Rasnadi täglich in Kombination mit Kokosöl, da ich eine Pitta-Konstitution habe. Meine Frau (Vata) nutzt das reine Rasnadi Pulver (Choornam) täglich. Seither sind Erkältungen, Brain-Fog, etc. Geschichte.
